The specialty pays particular attention to emotional, social, vocational, educational, health-related, and organizational concerns and adjustment. Charlie founded Retire Wisely, LLC to bring his knowledge of human nature, work, and change, as well as his personal experience with his own retirement from academia in 2024, to help individuals and groups bring about their best retirements quicker and with greater consistency.
